Description:
GIRLS soccer league for girls entering 5th & 6th grade Fall of 2026. The new girls league will play 6 games on Wednesday nights. 5th & 6th grade girls may sign up for both the girls league and Co-Ed league. Registration period is February 3, 2026 - June 25, 2026. Any registration after June 25, 2026 will be assessed a $20 late fee.
Refund Policy - Partial refund with written notice 10 calendar days prior to team assignments.
I/We the parent(s) of the participant do hereby authorize my child to register and/or participate in the City of Dyersville summer sports activities. I understand that this (these) program(s), like most programs similar in nature, has (have) some degree of inherent risk involved. Furthermore, my child is in good physical condition appropriate to participate in the stated activity(ies). I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify & agree to hold harmless all local league organizers, participants or any personnel involved in the program including but not limited to those involved with transportation, whether the result of negligence or any other cause. I/We understand that the participant assumes full responsibility for bodily injury incurred while taking part in the activity(ies). No accident insurance is provided through the City of Dyersville.
